In September 2019, we started our work for the Portuguese brand in Brazil which lasted 16 months. Experience and market knowledge were invested in this project. Management included: new sales and marketing strategy, creation of distribution map, market segmentation and marketing actions.
The project was carried out by Ricoy's commercial team with assistance from the company Cultiva Brands, within a period of 2 months. The scope of this proposal was to make Ricoy Supermercados implement a line for the category of wines and spirits (doses) so that it can evolve with its operation in the market and offer its customers products with greater perceived value. Decision making followed the criteria with the analysis of official import data in the Brazilian wine market audited by Ideal Consulting Bl.
Since October 2020, Morandé Wine Group, a Chilean winery, has been a client of Cultiva Brands. Our work includes complete brand management in the country: planning, sales, trade relationship, distribution network, marketing, digital marketing, training, press relations and more. In this period, we made Brazil the main market for Morandé in the world, the brand is now in the 6th position in the ranking of Chilean wines in Brazil – best position in the history of Brazil! And 12th in the overall ranking.
The Commercial and Marketing Management was structured and the administrative and financial areas of the company were supported, so that Expert Wine could structure its operation in the wine and fine spirits market for six months.
